To help players find all the helpful and utilitarian NPCs they could need on their adventure, AsurielRO created a map of the main office. In the center of Prontera Town, in the left-side home, is the main office. You can also use @mainoffice command in able to warp instantly.

Roki Enchant	It allows you to enchant equipment using a random system between possibilities, and each registered title has 4 categories of rarity: S,A,B,C, and each one with its respective chances. Click here for more details.

Shaam Rumi	Crossbow Clan manager that gives DEX+1, AGI+1, MHP+30, and MSP+10
Advance Stylist	Change your hairstyle, hair color, and cloth color.
Reset Girl	Allows you to reset your skills and stats for free, after reaching Base lvl 110 you are able to use the NPC 5 times with 1 million zenies required otherwise you can use the service again by using AsurielRO Coin.
Build Manager	Allows you to save your current stats and load them anytime, you can even save more stats using this NPC.
Refine Master	This NPC refines your item using refine tickets.
Pherryl	Exchange your AsurielRO coins to Cash points and vice versa.
Platinum Skills	NPC that gives special skills to your character.
Job Master	NPC that change your character job instantly after achieving the required level.
Ben Recycle	Convert your items to rough eluniums or rough oridecons. (For more information click here).
SG Resetter	Resets your Feeling and Hatred (for Star Gladiator and hatred users).

Login Settings	NPC that allows you to set certain commands that you can save to your character upon login.
Zeny Refiner	NPC can only refine the item if its next refinement process is not safe anymore for Hollgrehenn.
AsurielRO Aura	Enchant your armor with Aura effects using your Cash Points.
